Seattle Monorail Services is a local, family-owned company that has been operating the Monorail for the City of Seattle since We are a great and diverse team. The dds call center has a high call volume on a day to day basis. I speak to at least people a day. The work environment is very welcoming but there's really no time to "talk". Overall, I really do enjoy working for DDS.

Loved the coworkers and that there are causal days. Work uniform provided. Great the customers and learning the different documents that I never knew about. Wearing my own clothes. Learning to speak different languages.

Helping the people made me happy. Pros I got to make someone's day. Cons Saturday was always the busiest day. Help us improve! High stress environment, not much respect from customers or managers.

Accurate information is very scarce from management, probably due to high turn over rate. Pros On some days the down time outweighed the work time.

Cons you had to travel to diffrent locations if you didnt have work. A typical work day at the Department of Driver Services is active. Each day I provide customer service by renewing licenses, reinstating licenses, verifying documentation, making sure the issue and complaints of customers are handled. My co-workers are awesome, we work as a team. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing a customer receiving their license for the first time.
