Multiple file upload gears

I have spoken to other users and they acknowledged they have the same issue and stopped using Dropbox. An iPhone user I know said they went to iCloud and an Android user I know just hooks his phone to his computer to get the files he needs now. We were all happy with Dropbox until this change. Also others that I know share via Facebook messenger or WhatsApp because of the simplicity. I tried to show them how to share via Dropbox and every one always says it too complicated. I don't even try to show them now with the file number limitations that forces them to open another app and go through several additional unecessary steps.
