I have tried this on my Windows 7 Ultimate, it does not seem to be working. I hibernated it last night today when I opened it ,it asked me if I were to boot from scratch or continue with the boot process.

You can also check or uncheck the option to deliver a warning to the user of the computer before shutting down, or you can adjust the time limit to restart the default is 30 seconds. This will prompt the other computer to restart as soon as the selected time limit expires. Include your email address to get a message when this question is answered. If the computer that you're trying to shut down has third-party antivirus or firewall software, you may need to disable it before the remote restart will work.
